The IBS team provides full Architectural, Engineering, and Information Technology infrastructure design services. Our unique design approach is complemented by our team’s vast construction and Mission Critical Facility experience. Most of our staff has what we call “triple threat experience.” Our staff are design engineers and certified project managers by training, have complementary construction backgrounds, and possess experience in operating and commissioning Mission Critical Facilities. This experience supports a synergy between IT, infrastructure design, and operations on all projects we undertake.

Cross-disciplinary resources within IBS support active projects through internally matrixed teaming. IBS professionals are supported by a staff that provides full Building Information Modeling (BIM), CADD drafting services, Computational Fluid Dynamics modeling (CFD), and Construction Administration. Project documentation and communications are created using industry Project Management Office (PMO-PMP) methods and good practices. Design and Engineering are supported by EEs, PEs, RCDDs and other certified staff. IBS has experienced professionals whose training (PMI, LEED/BREEAM, EE, PE, BICSI RCDD, ITSM / ITIL etc.), combined with a minimum of ten years of experience in MCF, provides a solid foundation from which to build.
