It is important today to be environmentally conscious. Unfortunately, a myth exists that designing and building energy efficient and environmentally friendly facilities is cost prohibitive. The truth is these practices can be implemented with little or no additional Day One cost. In fact, implementing these practices can reduce operating cost, improve system uptimes, and extend equipment life.

Today, most large institutions require that facilities be either LEED (Americas) or BREEAM (Eurozone) certified. Intelligent Building Solutions is a corporate member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), which developed LEED standards. Almost all of our staff is USGBC certified and/or Certified BREEAM Assessors. We implement LEED and BREEAM practices in Mission Critical Facilities without sacrificing reliability or impacting cost and schedule.
