As an Owner’s Representative, IBS provides comprehensive management and coordination of all planning, design, engineering and construction activities for Mission Critical Facilities.  This may also include selection and management of the design, consultant and building teams.  Our primary goal is to ensure that the owner’s functional and business requirements are fulfilled in the most economical and expedited manner. 

IBS ensures that each team member collaborates to support the end-user’s overall best interest.  We monitor and coordinate efforts of all members of the project team, eliminating any disconnect between the design and construction teams and all relevant stakeholders.  We also ensure that the end-user’s personnel, particularly operations, IT and maintenance are continuously involved in the decision-making process.

We use the best methods and practices selected from prominent project management standard bearing bodies such as The Project Management Institute (PMI) and PRINCE2.  Online tools are employed to manage and communicate with the entire project team and provide real time project information from a PC, tablet or mobile device.  During the construction phase, IBS monitors and reports the project’s progress and quality of work, identify potential issues, develop and implement solutions and lead the project to success from start to completion and through all phases in between.
