Joseph Torres, PMP, BICSI RCDD, leads IBS’ information technology infrastructure design and construction team. His international experience includes more than 10 million square feet of technology projects developed for such blue chip financial and pharmaceutical clients as Goldman Sachs, American Express, Citigroup, Federal Reserve Bank, Bear Stearns, Nomura, Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg, American Stock Exchange and Dyax Corporation.

Torres’ expertise is an integral part of the mission critical facility planning and development process. His purview encompasses strategic planning and design of IT and telecommunication infrastructure; integration of data networks, voice services and wireless services; data center server migrations, consolidations and virtualizations; IT network construction, implementation and operation; and building management and security systems design and implementation.

Prior to joining IBS, Torres served as Associate Director of Global Data Center Engineering at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc.; Principal Consultant at CS Technology’s London office in the U.K.; Director of IT Infrastructure at Concept Technologies; Principal and Owner of 10-1 Tech, Inc.; and Facilities Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
