Nicholas Pisani, LEED AP, IEEE serves as IBS Senior Associate. His responsibilities encompass management of master planning, design/build, owner’s representation, energy audit, commissioning, and consulting projects nationwide and internationally.

Pisani’s experience encompasses more than $250 million worth of projects, spanning more than 1.5 million square feet of data center, financial/securities trading, telecommunications, and office facilities. He previously held positions of Electrical Project Manager and MEP Superintendent at Lehr Construction Corporation and Tishman Technologies as well as Electrical Engineer and Project Manager at AKF Engineering LLC and Airtron Division of Litton Industries, now Northrop Grumman. Pisani holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

His project portfolio includes multiple data centers developed for Digital Realty Trust; the technology and MEP infrastructure for the $1-billion, 2.1-million-square-foot Bank of America Tower in New York City; Renaissance Technologies’ 120,000-square-foot office and data center in East Setauket, NY; a DC test laboratory within a live data center for JPMorgan Chase in Jersey City, NJ; and Fidelity Investments’ 130-desk trading floor in New York City.
